Meet Mrs. Heroux

I grew up here on the Outer Banks and now live in Manteo. I love working with kids and my favorite part of being a school counselor is finding creative and fun ways to learn healthy life skills! This is my my 18th year as an elementary school counselor. I worked at two schools before joining the Falcon Family!

I think every child who comes into our building matters and I am excited to see all of you! I am especially excited for this school year because both of my daughters will be attending KHES!

When I’m not at school I like to work in my yard, go to the beach, read, cook and spend time with my family!
