A Message from the Principal’s Desk: 

 

It is a pleasure and great honor to serve the Kitty Hawk Elementary School community as the School’s Principal.  Our mission at KHES is to ensure all students become innovative, creative, problem solvers by providing a safe, supportive and kind school environment with a strong commitment to teaching and learning.  This truly takes all of us to achieve this mission. 

 

I’m so proud of our students who SOAR each day: Staying Safe, Offering Help, Acting Responsibly and Respecting Themselves and Others.  I’m proud of our excellent staff who care for our students and help them to succeed.  I’m thankful for our wonderful community, supporting us through donations of gifts, time, energy, and positivity. 

 

My personal commitment is to support our students, staff, and families by helping to provide a place where the students want to come to learn and grow, where teachers have what they need to teach, and where we support each other to create the best environment for all of our students to learn every day.
